1. NexPhase Capital acquires two RCM providers
NexPhase Capital, a New York City-based private equity firm, simultaneously acquired two revenue cycle management solutions providers: Greensburg, Ind.-based Receivables Management Partners and Charlotte, N.C.-based Med A/Rx.  

2. CarePayment acquired by 2 firms amid growth period
Cedar Springs Capital and Crestline Investors, two firms in the Dallas area, acquired patient financial engagement company CarePayment.

3. Revenue Cycle to merge with Coding Strategies
Medical and radiation oncology consulting firm Revenue Cycle merged with Coding Strategies, a healthcare coding and compliance education and consulting firm. 

4. OmniSYS acquires voiceTech
OmiSYS, a medical claims billing company, acquired pharmacy technology provider voiceTech.
