Exact details of the agreement, including the financial terms, were not disclosed.
Melody Mulaik, president and cofounder of Coding Strategies, will serve as president of the combined entity. Ron DiGiaimo, CEO of Revenue Cycle, will serve as chairman of the board and CEO of the merged entity.
