2. Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital (Omaha, Neb.) from “BBB+” to “A-” (S&P)

3. Oaklawn Hospital (Marshall, Mich.) from “BBB-” to “BBB” (Fitch)

4. Willis-Knighton Medical Center (Shreveport, La.) from “AA-” to “AA” (Fitch)
