St. Luke's to open $100M hospital campus Dec. 14

Fountain Hill, Pa.-based St. Luke's University Health Network will open a $100 million hospital campus to patients Dec. 14, according to The Morning Call.

The Upper Bucks Campus in Quakertown, Pa., includes an 80-bed hospital and emergency room.

The campus will replace St. Luke's University Health Network's Quakertown (Pa.) campus.

When the campus opens this weekend, emergency, intensive care and surgical services will be transferred there, and several hundred full-time and part-time employees will move as well.

After the new campus opens, renovations will begin at St. Luke's Quakertown campus. One of the renovations includes expansion of an inpatient behavioral health unit.

The Quakertown campus will offer lab services, radiology, cardiac rehabilitation, dialysis and outpatient nutrition services.
