Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services plans $12.4M expansion

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is adding a 26-bed, 26,600-square-foot patient wing to its inpatient hospital.

The beds will be able to transition between adolescent and adult patients. In addition, a 5,600-square-foot Contact Center and main entrance will be built, including client intake rooms, a separate ambulance entrance and a children’s waiting area.

Construction has begun and is slated for completion spring 2017.
