New Era Partners to build $25M medical complex in Texas

New Era Partners, a medical real-estate company, will construct a $25 million medical complex in Garland, Texas, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The new complex, called the North Garland Medical Center, will be a three-story, 95,000-square-foot-facility that will house various medical services.

The new tenants in the medical complex include, Family Medical Center Garland, Touchstone Medical Imaging, Legacy Heart Care and Signature Medicine.

The building is expected to open in the summer of 2018.
