The new center will offer complete breast imaging technology, expertise and outpatient services to support the early detection of breast cancer. The center will feature 3-D mammography technology, ultrasound-guided biopsies and an MRI.
“The breast center combines art and science through a patient-centered approach, one that embraces a tranquil healing environment and the most advanced diagnostic services,” Michelle Joy, COO of Carson Tahoe Health, told Northern Nevada Business Weekly.
The Carson Tahoe Breast Center is slated to open in August.
