UnitedHealth vacated the Edina, Minn.-based offices in 2013, when the employees there were moved to a different location.

As of April 26, Opus had only submitted a proposal for its plan to build the Lincoln Drive Residences. The development company is currently gathering feedback from Edina’s planning commission.
