Minnetonka, Minn.-based Opus Development Co. — one of the largest developers in the Twin Cities — is hoping to build between 240 and 260 apartments on a former UnitedHealth office location site, according to the Star Tribune.
UnitedHealth vacated the Edina, Minn.-based offices in 2013, when the employees there were moved to a different location.
As of April 26, Opus had only submitted a proposal for its plan to build the Lincoln Drive Residences. The development company is currently gathering feedback from Edina's planning commission.
