“MSU has strong relationships with both of its hospital partners in mid-Michigan, McLaren and Sparrow, and we are in constant conversations with both of them to make those relationships better and improve the healthcare of our community,” a MSU spokesperson told WILX 10.
The spokesperson also said comments could not be made about the outcomes of the discussions, but once programs and partnerships are finalized, information will be shared with the public.
McLaren sent a statement to WILX 10 stating the hospital is in regular discussions with its stakeholders, but did not release specifics from the conversations.
