Kaiser Permanente to open 2nd Fort Collins clinic

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente will open its second clinic in Fort Collins, Colo., next year, the Coloradoan reports.

The facility will be named Kaiser Permanente Spring Creek. Three physicians, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, a lab technician and administrative support will staff the clinic. Pharmacy and lab services will be offered, according to the report.  

The clinic will open Jan. 9.
