The hospital is not changing ownership, but its renaming reflects the facility’s growth, the hospital’s board president told Pantagraph.
The hospital was originally named after Dr. John Warner, who practiced in the area until 1856 and funded the facility’s construction through his will.
The renaming will take effect in the next few months.
