Becker’s has reported on two chief revenue officers who have transitioned to health system CFO roles in 2026.
1. The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City on July 1 named Monica Lubeck system CFO.
Ms. Lubeck assumes the role after serving as the system’s chief revenue officer and senior vice president and CFO of its Kansas City division. She succeeds Doug Gaston, the system’s current senior vice president and CFO, who is stepping down from the role, but will continue supporting several critical projects to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Paramus, N.J.-based Valley Health System on April 15 named Christopher Tascione senior vice president and CFO, succeeding William Klutkowski, who retired after nearly 31 years with the system.
Mr. Tascione joined the system from Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare, where he had served as vice president of finance and chief revenue officer.
