The integrated service, available to healthcare practices using both Allscripts and Zocdoc, enables offices to sync schedules between Allscripts’ clinical scheduling software and Zocdoc’s patient-facing online scheduling platform. With the integration, providers will also be able to access real-time patient bookings completed through Zocdoc on the EHR.

Zocdoc used an application programming interface to connect its online scheduling platform with the Allscripts EHR.
