EvergreenHealth recently added new functionalities to its patient portal, the Kirkland, Wash.-based health system confirmed June 14.
Patients without a My Navigator account can now self-enroll in the program online using their medical record number or email address registered with the health system. In the past, patients had to visit their provider's office in person to enroll in the patient portal.
Another set of new features relates to routine lab test results and provider notes, which patients will now be able to view almost immediately after a visit, according to the health system's statement. Patients will also be able to access diagnostic imaging results via My Navigator four days after an appointment.
