Maine health system selects Allscripts EHR: 3 notes  

Augusta-based MaineGeneral Health is expanding its contract with EHR vendor Allscripts through 2027.

Three notes:

1. The nonprofit health system will implement Allscripts’ Sunrise Ambulatory Care platform across its system, which comprises two hospitals as well as numerous outpatient clinics.

2. Allscripts Sunrise includes integrated analytics and is designed to connect all aspects of care, including ambulatory, surgical, radiology and laboratory services.

3. With the expanded EHR system, MaineGeneral Health patients will have access to Allscripts’ FollowMyHealth patient portal, which allows individuals to view their health information and message their providers.
