Collain Healthcare, which will run as an independent business unit within Harris Computer Systems’ healthcare group, will launch a new EHR platform under its new ownership. The EHR comprises an enterprise resource planning suite and virtual care capabilities, and is designed to connect with wearables, remote monitoring devices and video telemedicine.
“Harris Computer Systems and Collain Healthcare will now deliver to our customers, and our entire sector, access to needed enterprise-level clinical and business solutions out-of-the-box,” Collain Healthcare CMO Maryann Choi, MD, said in a news release.
Harris Computer Systems specializes in computer software design for the healthcare industry and the public and private sectors.
