Citrix’s virtual app and desktop services are designed to provide physicians with single sign-on access to various apps — including web, mobile and software-as-a-service — on one unified platform.

“At WellSpan, we realize that time is precious and every second counts,” WellSpan Health Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mick Murphy said in a news release. “That’s why we are committed to providing our [physicians] and clinicians with innovative solutions that enable them to make intelligent decisions in real-time and deliver optimal outcomes for the patients they serve.”

With an estimated 1,500 employed physicians, WellSpan Health comprises eight hospitals and more than 170 patient-care locations.
