Nordic offers clients EHR support, advisory services, performance improvement, managed services and enterprise resource planning system products. The EHR consultant entered the Cerner market in 2019 after launching a business line for clients that use the Kansas City, Mo.-based EHR vendor’s software.
S&P Consultants is a leader in Cerner IT consultancy services, according to the news release. With the acquisition, Nordic plans to expand its footprint and grow its Cerner base more rapidly. It will now service nearly 600 global healthcare providers.
Under the deal, S&P’s 90-plus IT staff, clinicians and revenue specialists will join Nordic, which is home to 1,600 employees.
