The mobile EHR, called drchrono UrgentCare, includes prebuilt charting forms for common urgent care conditions, estimated wait times and a mobile app for patients to check in on their own, among other features.
Drchrono UrgentCare also features analytic capabilities, such as mapping patient traffic over the course of a period of days or weeks. The goal of the service is to provide urgent care practices with actionable insights into visitor volume to prepare staff schedules.
