The health system currently uses the several Allscripts solutions, including the Sunrise EHR, Allscripts FollowMyHealth and dbMotion Solution. It will add the company’s financial manager and ambulatory solutions, among others.
The health system is building on the Allscripts Sunrise EHR platform to “improve the efficiency of clinical operations and connect physicians to coordinate patient care for better outcomes and a healthier community,” said Blessing’s CIO Lea Ann Eickelschulte.
Blessing Health System includes two hospitals, a physician group, a college of nursing and health sciences, a network of medical specialty businesses and a charitable foundation.
