Baystate Health to implement mobile platform to improve physician query process

Springfield, Mass.-based Baystate Health will deploy Artifact Health's mobile application that aims to support the physician query process by improving clinical documentation practices.

Artifact Health's cloud-based platform will integrate directly into the hospital's EHR and allow physicians to immediately respond to a query from their smartphone. The platform is HIPAA-compliant, according to Artifact Health.

Baystate Health will implement the platform at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield as well as three of its community hospitals.
