Bayhealth partners with third-party health IT consultant for Epic EHR support

Dover, Del.-based Bayhealth is teaming up with Pivot Point Consulting, a health information technology consulting company, to help the health system manage its day-to-day Epic EHR and IT maintenance.

Through the partnership, Pivot Point will provide Bayhealth with a team of Epic-certified professionals, interface analysts, business intelligence developers and application experts. The team will focus on EHR application, interface and reporting development.

Bayhealth comprises two hospitals as well as numerous satellite facilities. The health system is home to more than 400 physicians.
