Here are insights on four EHR vendors' earnings results for the first quarter of 2019:
1. Cerner posted $1.39 billion in revenue for the first quarter, up 8 percent from $1.29 billion in the same period last year.
2. Meditech posted $115.36 million in revenue for the first quarter, down 5.7 percent from $122.37 million in the same period last year.
3. Allscripts posted $286 million in bookings for the first quarter of 2019, up 9 percent year over year.
4. CPSI, Evident's parent company, reported $69 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2019, down 1 percent year over year.
