The $4 million project will create an 8,160-square foot freestanding ER and urgent care on 1.4 acres of land in the DFW Southgate Plaza Development.

The full-service, 24/7 ER will be staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and equipped with a CT scanner, ultrasound, X-ray, laboratory and pharmacy.

Code 3 recently opened an urgent care and pharmacy within DFW’s Terminal D and an urgent care and pharmacy inside McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.

The DFW freestanding ER is anticipated to open spring 2018.
