GE sells $2B worth of shares of GE HealthCare

General Electric is offering 25 million shares of GE HealthCare stock, valued at around $2 billion, Benzinga reported June 6.

Additionally, GE is looking to exchange up to 28.75 million shares of GE HealthCare for debt held by Morgan Stanley affiliates under a debt-for-equity exchange. 

GE HealthCare officially spun off from GE in January 2023.
