With the rebrand, customers will now have two choices for care with Amazon One Medical, according to a June 27 news release from Amazon. The first choice is pay-per-visit telehealth for more than 30 common conditions. The second choice is a membership plan, which allows customers to pay a monthly or annual fee for on-demand virtual care.
Prime members will pay $9 per month for the membership plan, while other customers will pay $199 per year.
Additionally, messaging visits are now only $29, and video visits are $49.
Amazon launched Amazon Clinic in August 2023.
