Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds rebrand after $12B merger

Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds unveiled their new brand after several mergers in 2021.

Four details:

  1. The company’s new name under the merger will be Included Health, according to an Oct. 18 news release.
  2. Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds completed their merger in May. The company is currently valued at $12.71 billion, according to a source close to the deal.
  3. On May 26, Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds announced plans to acquire Included Health, a comprehensive healthcare platform for patients who are LGBTQ and BIPOC. 
  4. The company has more than 1,000 employees.
