The two-hospital system also unveiled a new logo — a layered wave to signify Ventura County’s coastal location — and a new website, mycmh.org, in conjunction with a multimedia advertising campaign.
“The goal of this project was to unify Community Memorial’s hospitals, health centers, programs and services under a single, highly recognizable umbrella with consistent presence across the county,” said Jamie Maites, the health system’s vice president of marketing and development, in a Jan. 23 news release emailed to Becker’s. “We wanted the look and feel of the brand to reflect our community and the high-quality care we deliver.”
In addition, Community Memorial Hospital will now be known as Community Memorial Hospital — Ventura, while Ojai Valley Community Hospital will be renamed Community Memorial Hospital — Ojai.
