Mr. Romoff’s compensation was by far the highest at UPMC last year. His total compensation includes a base salary of $961,546, $3.05 million in bonus and incentives, $659,203 in retirement and deferred compensation, $1.73 million in other reportable compensation and $20,234 in nontaxable benefits, according to newly released tax documents.
Mr. Romoff was among 31 UPMC executives and physicians who earned at least $1 million in FY 2015.
