UCSF Breaks Ground on $1.5B Medical Center at Mission Bay

The University of California, San Francisco broke ground on its $1.5 billion medical center at Mission Bay, according to a San Francisco Business Times report.

UCSF’s new 289-bed  complex, expected to be completed in 2014, will include hospitals specifically for children, cancer patients and women, according to a UCSF news release.
