However, Mr. Anderson’s salary is significantly lower than other hospital systems in Hawaii. Art Ushijima, president and CEO of Queen’s Health Systems, has a base salary of $585,105 and total compensation of $1.3 million, and Chuck Sted, president and CEO of Hawaii Pacific Health, had a base salary of $753,034 and total compensation of $2.29 million, according to the systems’ most recent tax filings.
