The Feb. 1 announcement comes roughly five years before the state’s $15 per hour minimum wage requirement goes into effect.

“The decision to increase our minimum wage is a reflection of the important work that our front line and support staff do for our patients and community every day and our commitment to being an employer of choice,” Warren Geller, president and CEO of Englewood Health, said in a news release.
