Under the agreement, Valence will provide CHWN with Valence Health Vision technology, which will combine data from physician members’ practice management and electronic health records, along with data from hospital information systems, lab systems and other data sources to establish a comprehensive view of patient care, according to a news release.

Valence will also support CHWN’s fully delegated professional risk contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois by providing management services and performing claims administration, eligibility maintenance, utilization management and quality improvement projects.
