Many are turning to outside firms to optimize their EHR use and workflows to address documentation burnout, according to a July 3 news release from KLAS.
A July 2025 report from healthcare research firm KLAS highlights the performance of 10 EHR support firms. For this report, KLAS interviewed 16 healthcare organizations over the last 18 months.
