St. Mary Medical Center Gets Green Light for $40M Addition

St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, Ind., has received final approval from city officials for the construction of a $40 million surgical pavilion, according to a Post-Tribune report.

The two-story, 62,000-square-foot addition will include 20 private intensive care unit beds, 12 surgical suites, four procedure rooms, a post-anesthesia care unit and a recovery unit.
