Virginia Mason shifts three non-medical services to one building: 4 things to know

Virginia Mason Memorial in Yakima, Wash., is relocating three services from three separate locations into one downtown building, according to a KIMA report.

Here are four things to know.

1. At the downtown building, patients will be able to pay bills and receive copies of medical records, according to the article.

2. The space will house about 200 employees, with the possibility of more growth in the future, the report states.

3. The building is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

4. Business services (hospital billing) will open Jan. 4 and Memorial Physicians business services (outpatient and clinic billing) opens Jan. 10, according to the report. The medical records office opens later in January.
