Larry Kaskel, MD, Monika McLain, MD, and Lisa Newman, MD, will continue to practice at their current location and will remain attending physicians at Northwestern Lake Forest (Ill.) Hospital.

Deerpath Primary Care’s nurse practitioner, physician assistants, physical therapists, chiropractor and psychologist will remain on the practice’s staff.
