Mercy Health on track to open $200M hospital in Q1 2024

Cincinnati-based Mercy Health is moving forward in its plans for a Mason, Ohio-based $200 million hospital, Cincinnati Business Courier reported Nov. 27.

The health system is set to begin operations on the four-story, 60-bed hospital in the first quarter of 2024. Mercy Health began planning the new hospital over Zoom in the summer of 2020. When completed, the hospital will employ 150 to 200 staff.

The project is the first new hospital built in the area since Mercy Health built a $270 million hospital in 2014.
