Capital BlueCross hires VP of corporate responsibility

Harrisburg, Pa.-based Capital BlueCross named Susan Hubley vice president of corporate social responsibility.

Here are four things to know.

1. Ms. Hubley has nearly 30 years of community relations experience. As VP of corporate social responsibility, she will lead outreach initiatives and the corporate giving process.  

2. Ms. Hubley was most recently director of community affairs at Highmark Blue Shield in Camp Hill, Pa.

3. She holds leadership positions on the board of directors for United Way of the Capital Region, YWCA of Greater Harrisburg and the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. 

4. Ms. Hubley earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Shippensburg (Pa.) University.
