Baptist Health to build $200M Florida hospital

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health will build a $200 million, full-service hospital on its campus in Fleming Island, Fla.

The 300,000-square-foot hospital will have 100 beds and an intensive care unit and will house cardiology and women’s services.

Baptist Health officials said the facility will create up to 700 jobs.

Construction is slated to begin this spring and end in early 2022.
