AdventHealth Murray broke ground Sept. 2 on a new hospital campus in Chatsworth, Ga.
The 185,000-square-foot campus will house a 42-bed hospital and a medical office building, according to a Sept. 2 Facebook post from AdventHealth Murray. It is a $200 million project, a health system spokesperson confirmed to Becker’s.
The project is designed to expand access to high-quality, whole-person care for families across Murray County and rural Northwest Georgia, the post said.
The hospital is slated to open in 2028. The groundbreaking comes as Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth has also recently announced expansion projects in Florida and Colorado.
