The app, built for iOS, helps facilities understand the costs and return on investment of construction in real time through the use of inputs including number of beds, number of floors, number of units, square footage, construction costs, zoning laws, square-foot efficiency and energy usage.
The app has allowed clients to be 15 percent more efficient in construction costs and 30 percent more efficient in energy usage, according to a report from Information Week.
