CBS COO Joe Ianniello would replace Mr. Moonves, whose contract calls for up to $180 million and a production deal as part of severance package, though the board reportedly is offering roughly $100 million, mostly in CBS stock.

The board also reportedly is negotiating for the right to reclaim a portion of the compensation if the sexual harassment allegations against Mr. Moonves are confirmed.
