Forbes released its first-ever "Best Employers For New Grads" ranking Sept. 5, naming software company Adobe Systems as its No. 1 pick.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to develop the ranking. Statista surveyed 10,000 Americans with less than 10 years of professional experience who were working for large bussineses to assemble the list.
The survey asked respondents to rate their employer on criteria such as working conditions, salary and how likely they were to recommend the company to others. Statista also asked respondents to nominate other organizations within their industries.
Here are the top 10 employers on Forbes' list, which comprises 250 companies in total:
1. Adobe Systems (San Jose)
2. Nintendo (Redmond, Wash.)
3. Aon (London)
4. Navy Federal Credit Union (Vienna, Va.)
5. United Services Automobile Association (San Antonio)
6. Google (Mountain View, Calif.)
7. Michelin Group (Clermont-Ferrand, France)
8. Aspen Skiing Co. (Colorado)
9. Providence Health and Services (Renton, Wash.)
10. JetBlue Airways (New York City)
