Healthcare leads 100 most innovative AI companies: 13 digital health startups on the list

In a grouping of the 100 most promising artificial intelligence startups in the world, healthcare was the most-represented industry, according to a new CB Insights report.

Altogether, the 100 companies that made the list have collectively raised more than $7.4 billion, spanning more than 300 deals backed by about 600 different investors. Startups on the list span from those in the earliest stages of development to well-established companies, including 10 so-called unicorns with valuations of at least $1 billion.
