Community Health Network has already begun rolling out M*Modal’s AI to clinicians, who can spend more time communicating face-to-face with patients and, ultimately, reduce burnout by allowing the technology to take notes based on that communication in the health system’s Epic EHR.
The system is also beginning to introduce M*Modal’s virtual scribe solution, in which a medical scribe remotely “shadows” a clinician while providing necessary documentation in the EHR. In the future, Community Health also plans to implement the 3M subsidiary’s Computer-Assisted Physician Documentation service, an AI-powered solution that provides feedback based on clinical documentation.
