The agreement aims to offer patients proactive and wellness-focused treatment and financially reward physicians for high quality care.
“DVACO is excited to continue our collaboration with Humana,” said Katherine Schneider, MD, president and CEO of DVACO. “In our first three years of working closely together, we created added value in quality improvement and smarter spending, thanks to focused efforts by our primary care practices and the tools that Humana has brought to the relationship.”
The new agreement is effective Jan. 1.
