Centura Health, Banner Health ACO sign provider network agreement

Centennial, Colo.-based Centura Health and Banner Network Colorado, an ACO in Greeley, Colo., signed a provider agreement to link operations, The Tribune reports.

Under the agreement, Banner Network Colorado will join Centura Health’s clinically integrated network, Colorado Health Neighborhoods, Jan. 1. Banner Network Colorado comprises three hospitals in northern Colorado, 60 primary care providers and 246 specialists. Colorado Health Neighborhoods has 1,400 primary care providers and 2,800-plus specialists coordinating value-based care for 220,000 patients.

Centura’s population health management resource FullWell will also be accessible to Banner Network Colorado under the agreement.
