The workers, represented by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, have been without a labor contract for more than a year. Related to the tentative agreement, the City and Borough of Juneau Assembly will consider approving $3.06 million in pay increases for Bartlett Regional employees, according to the report.

The contract would cover a number of hospital positions, such as nurses, therapists and technicians, according to the report. All non-management employees at the hospital who are not unionized would also be covered by the wage increase provision in the new labor deal.
