Delaware passes telemedicine parity law

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell (D) has signed a bill that calls for telemedicine reimbursement in the state, according to a Delaware Public Media report.

House Bill 69 will go into effect in six months. The legislation requires payers to reimburse telemedicine services at the same rate as in-person services.
